To effectively use these positive framing recordings, find a comfortable space and dedicate a few minutes of your day to listen. While you  listen, focus on your breathing and allow the positive messages to resonate with you. Regular practice can significantly enhance feelings of well-being and reduce anxiety levels. Incorporating these recordings into your daily routine can serve as a powerful tool for personal growth, as you gradually reduce your anxiety.

The words in these recordings are as follows:

Even  though I sometimes feel anxious,  I love and respect  myself completely

I remember the times when  I have felt calm  and relaxed and all  the thoughts and feelings of that  time. I remember those times more and more clearly

Even  when  I feel anxious and afraid, I am  more and more able to  function effectively and purposefully. Those times of purpose and effectiveness are gradually increasing and changing my feelings into calmness and   peacefulness.

More and more when I start to become  anxious and fearful ,  I realise I am  getting  less agitated and my body  is also  calmer.

I know that my  times of anxiety are sparked by  unconscious memories of earlier  traumas.

Each  day  I am more and more able to live in  the present. I notice the little positive changes that occur for me week by  week. They make me feel  good.

People around me notice how I am more positive and relaxed. I can relate to  them in  positive and generous ways.

Now when stressful things happen to me, I find that  my mind and body do not respond immediately and so  strongly to those events.

I am  able to do  more and more things that  I could not do  before because of my anxiety.

I begin   more and more to have a sense of the  freedom  that is my entitlement.

Even  though I feel anxious  sometimes,  I love and respect  myself completely.
