Join Norse mystic and shadow worker Kaedrich Olsen in his video  event ‘Illuminate Your Shadows with  Norse Magic’.

Have you ever watched yourself fall into an old pattern in real time, staying quiet when you wanted to speak up, saying yes when you meant no, or shrinking back when you wanted to be seen?

It can be especially frustrating when you’ve already done so much inner work. Why do these patterns still have such a powerful hold?

Norse mystic and shadow worker Kaedrich Olsen teaches that your shadows may not be trying to sabotage you at all.

Often, they’re distorted attempts to protect you — responses that once helped you navigate difficult experiences but now limit how freely and authentically you can live.

Join Kaedrich for a brand-new free event exploring how Norse rune-based shadow work can help you transform these protective patterns and reclaim the valuable qualities that may be hidden beneath them.

Drawing on more than 30 years of study and practice in Norse mysticism, Kaedrich will introduce you to Transcendent Magic, an approach that turns magical practice inward to transform the patterns within you rather than simply trying to change circumstances outside yourself.

You’ll also experience this work first-hand through a rune-based shadow transmutation practice using traditional galdr, the singing of runes, combined with breath, intention, feeling, and direct experience.

Working with the energies of Fehu – ᚠ , Thurisaz – ᚦ, and Ehwaz – ᛖ, you’ll explore personal value, healthy assertiveness and boundaries, and your ability to claim your place in the world.

Rather than fighting or rejecting your shadows, you can use them as powerful mirrors.

Kaedrich will show you how they can help reveal where natural qualities such as self-worth, strength, expression, and movement may have become distorted for you, so you can begin reclaiming their healthier expression.

Even if you can’t make it on the day, be sure to register so The Shift Network can send you a full-length recording following the event.
