February is Heart Month in the U.S. —a perfect time to better understand the power of the heart and its ability to bring your whole system into balance. The HeartMath App helps you bring coherence to your heart and brain.
Your doctor checks your heart rate. But there’s a completely different metric — one cardiologists and elite athletes have been paying attention to for decades — that most people have never even heard of.
High HRV = your body can adapt, recover, and stay clear under pressure.
The good news is with @heartmath you can track it AND you can train it.
The HeartMath Inner Balance Coherence Plus sensor was built for real-time HRV biofeedback that doesn’t just track your stress, it teaches you how to shift it.
In just two minutes, you can sync your heart and brain into a more optimal state—balancing your nervous system, easing stress, and restoring mental clarity. This is called heart coherence.
Try it below. One of the easiest way is to reset is with the Inner Balance Coherence Plus. It comes with the amazing HeartMath app. Use my discount here.
👉 Begin Your 2‑Minute Reset
Step 1: Focus your attention in the area of the heart. Imagine your breath flowing in and out of your heart or chest area, breathing a little slower and deeper than usual.
Suggestion: Inhale 5 seconds, exhale 5 seconds (or whatever rhythm is comfortable).
Step 2: Make a sincere attempt to experience a regenerative feeling, such as appreciation or care for someone or something in your life.
Suggestion: Try to re-experience the feeling you have for someone you love, a pet, a special place, an accomplishment, etc., or focus on a feeling of calm or ease.
This and many other heart-opening, stress-reducing practices are included in the HeartMath app that comes with the Inner Balance.
Happy Heart Month!
